About Disclovo
Disclovo keeps track of regulatory returns. The free worksheet turns the returns a business owes into the submissions, hours, cost and evidence sets they imply. The paid plan keeps the filing calendar: every return owed, its regulator, its period, its due date, who prepared it, who approved it and when it was actually filed.
Why this site exists
This site exists because the return itself is the visible half of the job and the tracking is the half that fails. A late filing is almost never a failure of arithmetic. It is a return nobody was watching, a figure nobody can reproduce, or an approval nobody wrote down, and none of those needs a platform to fix.
Who it is for
Small regulated US businesses where one or two people prepare a handful of returns a year off a spreadsheet of due dates
Not compliance officers buying a programme, not consultants, and not enterprises procuring a GRC platform
What it does not do
- No legal, tax or regulatory advice, and no claim that anything here satisfies a particular obligation. What you owe is a question for your own counsel and your regulator.
- It does not prepare, check or submit a return, and it is not a compliance programme, a risk register or an audit. Those are different products and we do not pretend to be them.
